Confirm your details, choose a password, and complete registration.

Install Nowsta: Workers and sign in using the same email and password. App Store · Google Play
Turn on alerts
Allow notifications so you see requests and changes. Enable location access for clock-in at the venue.
Missing your invitation or having trouble logging in? Text the CG Staff Text Line.
Respond as soon as possible.
- Individual requests: this is how we usually schedule. If you haven’t responded within one day, we’ll move on to another team member.
- Group openings: occasionally offered to several people and filled first come, first served. They may fill sooner.
- Need time to check? Text us so we know.
- Venue or call time doesn’t work? Decline, then text that you still want to work and ask about other available positions.
Open shift requests
Go to Job Board → Requests. Open the job, read the details, then accept or decline.
Occasional availability checks
Reply when asked if you are available. An availability check is not a confirmed shift.
Open your calendar
Tap the calendar icon from Home or Job Board to review your schedule.
Set your availability
Choose available or unavailable, set dates and times, then confirm. CG uses availability checks occasionally.
